This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any identity documentation requested during verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3patty account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered Pakistani mobile number.
3.2 You must notify 3patty support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 3patty cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
3.3 Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are prohibited. 3patty accounts are non-transferable and are for personal use by the registered account holder only.
3.4 3patty may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected. This may include providing a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or other documentation as required.
3.5 3patty reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct is suspected. During a suspension, the relevant funds will be held and may not be withdrawn until the investigation is concluded.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on 3patty are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions made through these channels.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount on 3patty is Rs 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

5.2 3patty reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the result of an event is influenced by corrupt or irregular activity, or where a bet was accepted in error due to a technical malfunction.
5.3 Live betting markets are offered subject to real-time data feeds. 3patty operates a latency policy for live bets and may void any bet placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined, even where the platform has not yet reflected that outcome due to data transmission delay.
